Medtronic Care Club is a patient engagement program (for patients recommended insulin pump therapy by their physician) that helps people living with diabetes to achieve better health outcomes through education, motivation, and inspiration. Members who choose to participate in the program have the opportunity to earn Reward points linked to their adherence to a healthy diabetes management routine, that can be used towards purchasing their Diabetes therapy products online via Medtronic Diabetes E-shop.

How to join Medtronic Care Club (MCC)

Sign-up or Login to your E-Shop account
Step: 3
Select Medtronic Care Club (MCC) account from your Profile tab
Step: 4
Download a digital copy of the MCC certicate to get signed from your treating physician
Step: 5
Upload a Scanned copy of the signed certicate to your MCC account
Step: 6
You are all set! Once verified, your MCC Reward Points will be deposited in your Wallet section of E-shop
